About Us

Who we are

Established in 1988, Merseyside Buildings Preservation Trust is a registered charity that works on a not-for-profit basis to rescue at risk heritage buildings for the benefit of the people of Merseyside.

We act as a catalyst, using our imagination, the experience of our board, our networks and knowledge of built heritage and the development and funding markets, to make things happen.

We save buildings from ruin in Merseyside and help find new uses for them.
